    The hotel offers a luxurious ambiance with an excellent design and a highly comfortable room, with a good view. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was a standout highlight, with gourmet options that kept mornings exciting. Noise from nearby bars was intrusive on weekends was nice. Service inconsistency was noticeable, particularly at hectic times .

    We got a great-sized and beautifully designed room and excellent service. The food was high quality, with a good choice of options. The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Taksim Gezi Park.

    Really good Experience with Attentive Service

    Upon arrival, we were immediately assisted with our luggage and given valuable local tips. The breakfast spread was excellent, with gourmet options. Don't miss the personal touch of garment pressing provided by the butlers.

    excellent service , but room needs updates

    The professionalism of the staff impressed me throughout my 5-night stay. The complimentary items like two items of clothing ironed daily and two free coffees to the room before 11 AM were good touches. The concierge was always ready to assist, even going above and beyond when I needed toothpaste. The view of Macka Park from my room added a lovely touch to my mornings.

    I had such a relaxing time here, especially enjoying the fine indoor pool and a fabulous massage at the spa. The food was amazing too, with a breakfast spread that was worth waking up for. The only small hiccup was a slight wait at check-in, but it didn't really put a damper on my stay 🌟
